I offer run coaching from the 5k to the marathon and everything in between.
I do not require runners to have experience to obtain help with training. In fact, I enjoy working with runners who are interested in either getting into running, or getting back to it after taking time away.
I offer customized training or set training plans depending on the runner's budget or overall need for accountability.
As a Level 1 Certified Run Coach through the Road Runners Club of America, I am able to coach anyone over the age of 18.
Even if I provide you with a formatted plan for a 12 week training period, I will require you to fill out a form, and possibly require a phone or Facetime/Zoom meeting with you, unless you are scared to talk to people, and I can accommodate accordingly. This helps me to gather all necessary information to learn about you in order to provide a customized plan. What makes a plan from me more beneficial than a generic online one, is it will be based off your running experience level, average pacing capabilities, and other sources as provided by you, in order to best enhance your race success!
Okay, I don't seriously think I'm the greatest running coach of all time, but I do think I am a good one because I have experience coaching myself successfully, and I care. I have trained myself to complete 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, and marathons. If you work with me, you will find that I care for your individualized success. You would not just be a number. I take a limited number of athletes in a training cycle. I also offer ongoing coaching, that doesn't necessarily have to cater to a specific race. So if you want to just maintain your running fitness, I can help you with that too. I believe in the ongoing relationship with my athletes to promote a healthy lifestyle, which goes beyond race training cycles. Of course, if you need a break from training, for any reason whatsoever, I understand that as well. I enjoy helping others reach their running goals, and will be an advocate for any of my athletes to get to the start line, and cross that finish line, as successfully as possible.
